"The hotel was great, staff and food were good. The only thing we did not like was when they try to sell you timeshares. We are there for a family trip, not to buy a $15k,$39k share. Other than that, everyone is very welcoming."

"We missed our tour because no signs at the front lobby to say that tour pick up are done in another area and tour drivers are not allowed to go up to check on us. There should be visible signs to direct us."
