"The staff were very nice and friendly but the room was not clean, the room smells musty,I found something in the bathroom wall that looks like blood. I would never go back to that place."

"The cleaning needs improvement, and a few small details need attention."

"Clean property and rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Cold AC in room. Smoking area too close to front door."

"Everything was great"

"This Hotel is conveniently located near the bus terminal and metro rail. The parking fee is a little steep"

"Great hotel! Clean, comfortable rooms, excellent service, and very friendly staff. The location was perfect, and everything exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"Great stay"

"The property was well maintained & upon entry had a very pleasant smell. We were greeted by the Concierge who were very upbeat professional and kind. We had a high floor with a nice view of Miami and the suite we stayed at was updated, spotless and clean. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi which felt as if we had all to ourselves. The next morning we had breakfast which was hot and freshly prepared and the breakfast staff were super helpful in helping me make my waffles. All in all I'd give this...

"Me encantó la estancia en este hotel porque la verdad la limpieza fue incondicional el personal muy atento el AC bien frío la verdad todo estuvo muy bien sólo un detalle q deben ponerle atención el personal es el olor fuerte a cigarro en los pasillos muy desagradable pero lo demás todo bien"

"We enjoyed our visit"
