"My first stay at The Pullman, and I was really impressed. Everything was just right - the attention to detail was excellent. Things were in just right place and just worked. Just one example to illustrate the “getting things just right” point. I used the air conditioning - we’re in the middle of a hot spell. But unlike many hotel systems where the fan is noisy and all moisture is sucked out of the air, here it was subtle and silent. Quality place."

"Parking wasn’t included so I had to pay £50 just for parking on top of the booking for hotel and in the morning 8 am there was a fire alarm was going on two days in raw and room service keep trying to come in when the sign is outside it was just not the experience that I was expecting"

"The room was clean. The staff (especially the reception staff and the restaurant staff) were very helpful and polite. The hotel has good parking facilities. There is a good choice of meals."

"The building is not the one that they insinuate it is, that is the hotel it is next to which I found misleading. There are stains all over the walls, bed is really uncomfortable and found someone else’s hair on my pillowcase with random stains. The toilet does not flush properly. I will say it is in great location tho"
