"upon arrival the state of the property was shocking . there was no one to greet us and after phoning the number given for 30 minutes a guy answered and told me my room number and the code to get in . However the room was already occupied ! I telephoned again to be given another room number and another code , however the room on had one double bed and did not sleep 3 ! Again after another call was given another room number and code , this room had three single beds which had not been made , room was filthy , NO TOWELS so could not use the shower , loft hatch which was open and would not shut . We went to our daughters for tea on arrival back could not access the property at all . Rang the guy again and was told to go round the back as the back door was always open . Anyone could gain access ! . We baracaded the door as it had no internal locking system which worried us as I had been given so may codes to rooms that anyone could have come in . We decided not to stay there and left to stay at our daughters , had to buy a camping bed for me and my son while my wife slept on her sofa . Would not recommend this property to anybody . Do not bother staying here . The pictures on the website are nothing like what you encounter and there is no safety in place at all ."

"Terrible. Not at all as advertised. Front door was unlocked and open on arrival. Room door was open on arrival and unlockable. Room window was damaged and stuck wide-open, completely unclosable. I called the contact number and had no answer and received no call back. I arrived towards midnight at the property and still chose not to stay here."

"The bedsheets were dirty with holes in them from cigarette burns and the smoke alarm was covered by a glove hanging on the ceiling Was told a cleaner would come out, but they never did. We did not stayed the night and had to find somewhere else."

"The pictures showed Netflix but it was not available, the channels were difficult to access so the tv is not user friendly. The hot tub showed an error and so we felt it was not safe to use. The front bedrooms did not have adequate curtains even none in one room. "
