"This hotel was perfect for my one-night stay in Hanoi. The staff was very helpful in helping to arrange my shuttle ride from the Noi Bai International Airport to the Dragon Airport Hotel. the driver was friendly and professional, and the ride was short to the hotel, which was a nice treat following a long flight. The attendants on site upon arrival to the hotel were helpful: one met me at the shuttle car and carried my luggage for me up the stairs and up to my hotel room after check-in. The room had an air conditioner and a fan, which were both helpful in keeping the room nice and cool. Bottled water was provided in the room and clean towels and an overall lovely vibe. The staff also arranged a shuttle ride for me to the airport the following morning, and the attendants once again helped me carry my luggage down the stairs and to the shuttle car. The location is convenient to shops and food. The room was nice and quiet and had thick curtains which kept the room nice and dark for great sleep throughout the night. I am thankful for such a wonderful experience and blessing to have such an affordable stay for my first night in Vietnam."
