"Rooms are well-appointed and spacious. The service is excellent. There is a shuttle from/to Ito station, but you will need to book in advance. There is not much choice of restaurants, so you will most likely be eating on site, unless you have a car. Two 18-hole golf courses"

"My family of 3 stayed two nights at Hinodeya and it was a wonderful experience all around! This was our first visit to the Izu-Penninsula and we had such a great time. The owner and staff were so kind and accommodating, truly good spirits in this generational owned ryokan. The baths were very relaxing, the entire place was very clean and good spirits all around. If you’re looking for a family run experience vs. a corporate hotel, I highly suggest staying. Also, their massage chair is incredible:) Thank you Hinodeya, we will be back next year 🙏🇯🇵 🇺🇸 👏"

"JOYinn is a wonderful place to stay for easy access to various sights on the Ito Peninsula! The husband and wife team who run the inn are extremely thoughtful, kind, and willing to help. The rooms are spacious by Japanese standards, and the laundry service was very convenient. This inn is well-geared toward international travelers and has parking for a rental car right out front. Highly recommend!"

"This is the perfect place if you want to spend time with your pet. The hotel is well-maintained and clean. The dinner was tasty, and the drinks were good. Our dogs enjoyed the time. The only negative is that you need to be aware that, despite being a dog hotel, the hotel adds a fee at checkout that Expedia doesn't mention anything about."
