"I expected more related to the price. First we got a room ultra dark in the second floor. Not recommended at all. Then they changed me to 6th floor but a smaller room without advice and with problems with the bathroom door. The manager solved everything in a very timely manner. He made the difference."

There was a gentleman named Bruce at the front who was especially helpful, as on our last day, he took care of our luggage after checkout so that we could spend the day at the Boston MFA before getting to our evening flight back to Seattle.
