Important Policies
- Exterior video monitoring may be present at entrances or exterior living areas
- Motorcycles, trailers, Sprinter vans, and RVs are restricted from the Granite Ridge neighborhood
- Pets are not permitted in short-term rental properties. Service animals are allowed with prior notification and required documentation
- Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) as service animals; property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation
- Long-term rentals (30+ nights) require a lease agreement, security deposit, and homeowner approval
