"This hotel is beautiful, and the convenient access to nearby local trails was a major highlight. I thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic amenities, particularly the morning coffee bar, the sauna, the steam room, and the thoughtful touch of having a turntable with records in the room. Special thanks to James, who greeted us at check-in. His genuine enthusiasm for both the hotel and the local area was contagious and made us feel welcome right away. Thank you for providing such a memorable stay. I will certainly be recommending your hotel to others and look forward to returning again."

"Absolutely adorable place to stay, the access to the downtown area by way of trails was fantastic, The deck and backyard are perfect for late evenings, and the fresh made muffins were truly stunning! You’d be amiss not to stay here, if you want a tech free time, this is the place for you!"

"We had the best time at this New Paltz property! It was perfect for a family getaway. The kids playroom was a big hit with the 3-5 year olds. The house is in perfect condition and very clean. It is designed for comfort: 3 bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms plus another room with bunk beds. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes, and appliances such as a coffee maker, Nespresso machine, electric tea pot and more. We loved having meals in the room next to the kitchen that had a long table that easily seats 10-12. We grilled dinner on our first night and everyone was happy. Our hosts gave us clear directions and were helpful and accessible. I highly recommend this property and we are already talking about returning next year."

"We stayed here for my mom’s 75th birthday and had a wonderful time! The house was located right near the main shopping area of New Paltz so it was easy to get to. The place was clean and we furnished. The kids loved the rock climbing wall! Would definitely stay there again!"

"We stay at this house when visiting with family vacationing at Mohonk. It's wonderfully close to both the Mohonk Mountain House and to New Paltz, which is exactly what we are after--easy access to Mohonk at a fraction of the price to stay at the resort. Sasha is easy to get ahold of and responds quickly when we do need to reach out. We will stay again in the future, I'm sure!"

"A beautiful place to stay, about 2.5 miles away from from the center of town on a very peaceful piece of property. The place is beautiful inside and out. The owner is very nice and was flexible with checking and out. It’s super clean with modern appliances and features throughout. There is a path behind the home where you can walk in the woods on a trail. We would definitely come back again. "
