"Overall, this was a good hotel, and I enjoyed my stay, but I did experience a few issues that future guests should be aware of. First, the air conditioning unit was quite loud. Whenever it was running, it made it difficult to hear the television, and I could not find a way to completely turn the heating/air conditioning system off. Second, I placed the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door and later realized that housekeeping would not return unless I specifically requested room service. I didn't...

"We were coming to the room at midnight after a concert and were glad there was no problem getting in. Clean simple room and bath, all we needed just to sleep."

"The room was not clean very well at all the bathroom was not clean hair in the tub and the sheets were stained. The floor was dirty as well."

"The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and it was the reason we chose to stay at the Best Western (30 min. drive from a wedding we attended). The one thing that could be better, was the frig. It wasn't cold enough on the highest setting and our milk spoiled. We reported it and hopefully it will be fixed."

I reiterate...all three (3) black concierge attendants who were there during our stay were totally absent in line of "COURTESY" particularly " SHARON" the one who checked us in. She insisted that "I got an accessible room." I said no and why would I? Are we handicap? I couldn't afford to argue with her....so I said...no problem.
