The hotel sits on one of the higher points in the area, and it is quite a view from the parking lot alone. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and courteous. Most questions were answered as I was checking in. The room was clean and comfortable, and the entire facility was clean. Coffee was on in the lobby 24/7!

The desk clerk was so, kind, friendly and accommodating. From the moment we checked in to the time we checked out.
Our room was spacious and very clean. I didn't have to ask for anything because the automatically provided extra pillow, blankets and towels. They had free tea, coffee and hot chocolate with free breakfast for all days. Shady Maple was only 7 minutes away as were many great places to get local offerings. Will definitely stay there again.

The staff were wonderful. The front desk staff was very friendly and always asked how our day was when we returned. Madison, our housekeeping staff was right on top of things and understood we didn't want services when we were out because our dog Lucy was in the room.

The Warwick Ephrata Rail trail is so easy to find in Lititz! 8.5 miles of gorgeous shaded & sunny paved trail! Have a cold drink Griddle & Grind and ride on back!
Lots of benches and bathrooms along the way.
Restaurant in hotel was fantastic and Mexican across street great!!! Go to the Tomato Pie for breakfast, so good. And thereās a great Cafe New Holland also is great!
