"The communication from the property was awful. We called for over 2 hours the day of our check in with no response. Finally had to get the 3rd party booking app to intervene to get a response. Also, pretty sure they control the AC from a remote location. Our room was sweltering and never got cool, despite the temperature setting on the unit. I would not recommend staying here."
