Two-room apartment on the raised ground floor, comfortable and bright, in a strategic area, overlooking the beach, with a wonderful view from the 11 sqm balcony. The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes, dishes and appliances: induction stove, dishwasher, refrigerator and oven. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double and 1 sofa bed. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with television, private parking, courtesy line, hairdryer, elevator and air conditioning. The house remains completely at your disposal and every detail has been designed to welcome you in a clean and comfortable environment.
The property is located in front of a free beach and does not provide equipment. However, guests can use the beach service for a fee and upon reservation.
