Paul and David have created a perfect house and garden which made for a lovely, relaxing holiday.Paul and David are excellent hosts, available with help and advice, but equally respectful of your privacy.Each bedroom has its own charm, all are very comfortable and clean.The house is well stocked with everything you could need, from spare deodorant to herbs and spices. Having the option of a meal prepared and served by Bruno and Giovanni is a real treat, we had a lovely dinner to celebrate my 50th. Do ensure you have an SUV and purchase the extra insurance as the “road” to the property is very bumpy, but it adds to the experience! The pool and outdoor lounge area are stunning. Gecko watching in the evening with a glass of wine was bliss! A simply perfect holiday location! "

"Excellent property, suited perfectly our needs to be in a quiet area with an amazing pool (50m), volley ball and tennis courts, while also being able to drive -within 30mins- allowing spending a full day in Palermo and a full day in Cefalù. The unexpected highlights were the wonderful ( included) 3-course dinners with fresh and delicious food (the tuna tataki was the family favourite anti pasti!). Finally, the staff, the owner and Enzo made us feel so welcome and made our stay even more special. "

"We were two families (8 persons, kids in ages 3-8) that spent one week in Marcos house. The house is clean and spacious and comes with everything that is needed for the stay. The pool area is great for both adults and kids. Dinners and evenings are very nice to spend on the big terrace with an impressive view over the landscape and sea. When arriving Marco was welcoming and also helpful with different things throughout the week. His lovely parents live on the first floor of the house and was also very helpfull when needed. The house is surrounded by big cultivation areas and his parents was generous with giving us fresh tomatoes and home made lemon granita. From the house it is easy to reach both Trapani and Termini Imerese for excursions and shopping. We also visited Cefalù for one day, which is only one hour drive. The autostrada passes by close to the house and makes some noise, but nothing that was disturbing to us. Only thing to put on the wish list is some more equipment in the kitchen since we cooked most of our own meals. The beds are very hard, but that tend to be a thing here and not just for this place (compared to Scandinavian beds). Between 2-4 in the afternoon every day it is siesta and we were asked to be a bit more quiet. We found it a little bit annoying the first day since the kids wanted to be outside and play, but for the other days it matched our lunch time and paus from the sun. All in all we had a great week and can warmly recommend a stay there"

The setting was peaceful and private, yet still conveniently located for exploring the area.Inside, the kitchen had everything we needed for group meals, and the layout made it easy for all of us to cook, eat, and hang out together. It really felt like a home away from home.The hosts were amazing — friendly, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had the best stay possible.This place exceeded our expectations in every way. "From the moment we arrived Alberto was fantastic and very helpful. Alberto, Carlos and Alberto’s mum provided a fantastic Sicilian feast on the first night and catered for one of the party who has a nut allergy. The villa is lovely and the pool, grounds were perfect. It is a little tricky getting to and from the villa with the car but quickly got used to it. This was the perfect relaxing part of our Sicilian holiday. Already planning a return. Grazie!!"
