"Very friendly staff from the second we arrived - gave us good recommendations for restaurants and trips and general "off the beaten track" places to visit. Our room was spotless and high tech - on the final day, we wanted to stay a little longer and the team moved things around to allow that to happen - then helped us carry our bags into the river taxi (Note - the hotel is on the canal so the water taxi can dock there - which is awesome) - and as a final amazing touch, my wife had left her earrings in the hotel room and the cleaning lady came running down to return them before the taxi departed. All in all - fantastic hotel, fantastic staff - great service and in a wonderful location, removed from the hustle and bustle of san marco which can be a little bit overwhelming - but full of charming restaurants visited by local people. Highly recommended - when we return to venice we will stay here again no question at all "

"The hotel was outstanding as was the service. Omar made us feel very welcome from the moment we stepped in until we left. Hotel is very stylish, we had a family duplex which was lovely and spacious. Our daughter enjoyed having a floor to herself with separate bathroom. Hotel offered us a complimentary tour to Murano with pickup just outside. Bed super comfortable. Breakfast was also very good and staff very attentive. Would definitely stay again. "

"Beautiful stay with a unique and peaceful atmosphere I absolutely loved the décor — it was perfect. The hotel has a charming retro feel, yet everything is very well maintained and spotless. The breakfast was simply perfect — wonderful and absolutely delicious. It was definitely one of the highlights of the experience. The room was comfortable and well organized, and the bed was super comfortable, providing very restful nights. The shower is inside a bathtub, so if you prefer to take a standing shower, you need to hold the showerhead. The water also didn’t drain very well and tended to accumulate in the tub, as the drain seemed slightly clogged. The bed linens and towels were excellent quality — very clean and well maintained. The towels were large and very good quality as well. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, always willing to assist. The cleanliness of the hallways was impeccable. The hotel itself is truly an attraction — it used to be a monastery, and it has a peaceful, calm atmosphere that makes the stay even more special. The room temperature was perfect throughout the stay. Overall, a beautiful and memorable stay in a place full of character and tranquility. 😊"

"I stayed at Hampton by Hilton Venice Isola Nuova last weekend and had a great experience. The hotel is modern, very clean, and well organized. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, making it a relaxing base after busy days exploring Venice. Breakfast was fresh and well stocked, with plenty of options. Although it’s slightly outside the historic center, transportation is easy and convenient. Overall, it offers excellent value, comfort, and the reliable quality you expect from Hampton by Hilton. I would gladly stay here again."

"Check in was easy. The reception is open 24/7. The room was clean and big for two people. It was quiet even though it’s super close to the train station. The breakfast buffet was good. I would definitely recommend this place as it’s 3-4 minute walk from the train station to the hotel. "
