Room was excellent, breakfast was disappointing. They apparently ran out of orange juice so I was told to go next door and buy some, that was their responsibility as I was already paying $13 for an okay buffet.

The units I rented 4 and 6 were ready for us much earlier in the afternoon than expected which was a perfect fit for my travel day. Communication regarding availability was excellent. Units were very clean and well appointed with quality throughout the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom

Great property, excellent hosts, loved the remoteness of the location with the birds and deer. Recommend highly if going to Big Bend NP or Terlingua
