"The location is excellent—just 2–3 minutes’ walk to the train station and about 15 minutes to several museums. We also had a partial ocean view from our room. A shopping mall is only a few minutes away, with plenty of dining options. My three-year-old daughter even dragged me to the Pepper Lunch restaurant downstairs right after her shower! There’s also a 7-Eleven on the first floor, which is very convenient. Breakfast at the hotel is great. Since most museums open around 10–11 AM, you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast before heading out."

The staff was extremely welcoming and kind as I had to ask them to hold luggage both before checkin and also on the day of checkout without hesitation they were holding it for long time. The location is very close to Yokohama station but I had a bit of problem finding it as you have to go through atrium of shopping mall. So make sure you use navigation app! "
