"The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was polite and helpful. I had to leave early so wasn’t able too enjoy the breakfast. I appreciated that there was a shuttle to and from the airport. It would have been nicer to be let off at the front door of the hotel because I had a lot of luggage. The shuttle drivers were very kind and helpful. At the airport the driver went and got a luggage cart for me to use. So very thoughtful when he saw me struggling to drag my crate."

"We stayed 1-night. Hotel shuttle to airport comes every 30 min. Schedule changes depending on time of the year. Room was OK. Shower was a bit complicated to operate, but OK once we figured it out. Unfortunately there is no "Room Service" even though there is a "room service" button on the phone?! we had to go down to the restaurant to order the food and then bring it back up to our room."

"The room was nice but the shower was plugged and flooded the bathroom. Housekeeping opened the door at 8am without even an announcement that they were housekeeping and the woke us up. You would think you should be absolutely sure of things before barging into a room. The breakfast was really good."

"A perfect and welcoming overnight stay on our road trip across Europe. We felt comforrable and well-looked after. Also just a 5 minute walk to the tram stop to get into Central Antwerp (which is beautiful). The room was large and the bed was incredibly comfortable. A modern and spotless hotel."

"The worst hotel lobby access with a car. Very poor indication on how to reach the lobby. Do not get in the parking lot next door. You will charged heavily. It is a hotel that super convenient if you have no car"
