"Great downtown location, close to parkways/tollways, fantastic breakfast, happy hour drinks and small bites, good gym equipment, room temperature controls worked great, good water pressure in the shower and full kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows. Definitely would stay again."

"We did not have access to the pool the whole time we were there there were no chemicals in it, and there was no running pump. All of the metal around the pool was cracked, and the pool was filthy. We did not have access to the Jacuzzi until the last day because it was all cold water and there was a leak and there was no water in it when we arrived just dirty water sitting at the bottom. The beds were amazing and very comfortable. The kitchen cabinets hinges were broken. The carpet was filthy. The refrigerator had water pouring out of it. A couple times a day. Customer service was very nice. Still waiting to hear back on our reimbursement for the property as the pictures did not match what was shown once we got there. Deck cushions were soaking wet and the chairs dry rotted so we couldn't lounge I would never recommend staying there to anyone After driving 10 hours, we could not wait to get in the hot tub and we could not as it was broken and no water was in it Please let us o ow about reimbursement "
