"It was a very nice room, and the staff was very helpful. It is also a 20 min drive from El centro de San Cristobal; however, there is public transportation. I would stay here again."

The first day the heating didn't work, the wifi was poor in the ground floor rooms and to get the password we always had to run to reception, the safe didn't have batteries the first day and the second some electrical contact always made it activate so at night we had to open it and remove the batteries because it...

"Hilltop hacienda, peacefully out of the hustle and bustle of the town. Hotel has fireplaces for heat, the breakfast was good, staff was helpful and friendly. A little out of the way but cabs here are very inexpensive."
