In a wooded setting near Tence or Montfaucon-en-Velay, this beautiful granite house, a renovated former barn dating from 1870, boasts 2000 m² of unfenced, wooded grounds and a 19 m² enclosed terrace where you can enjoy the peace and quiet. The cottage is attached to an unoccupied house, which itself is attached to another cottage.

Nearby: Tence (4 km): putting golf, fishing nearby or at the Bathelane pond, all shops and services; Le Chambon-sur-Lignon (12 km): 18-hole golf course, treetop adventure course, memorial museum, swimming in the Lignon river; Lavalette leisure park (12 km): swimming, hiking, sailing, rowing; Devesset (21 km): swimming, hiking, sailing; Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid (16 km): gourmet village of Maisons Marcon, mushroom fair in November. On the raised ground floor: living room/kitchen (TV, DVD player), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room/laundry room, WC.

First floor (attic): 1 bedroom (1 queen bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), mezzanine (double sofa bed), bathroom (shower and bathtub), WC.

Central heating and electricity are included in the rates. Firewood for the wood stove is provided free of charge.
