"Firstly was given a room with no outside area, didn’t seem very private either and was noisy with street outside. I thought I had booked a room with outside area through Hotels.com, which they advertise as all rooms have a balcony or terrace ? But after an extra payment we were given a much larger room with outside space after first night. Rooms are lovely with nice bathroom, lovely shower. My only downfall was it was very noisy in the evening being above a pub but even after closing seems to be noisy in area. Now I know area would return to Tenby but would prefer a quieter area by sea front."
