"It was very nice stay, very close to restaurants and shopping, the gardens were beautiful and they gave us coffee and toast for free in the morning in the garden, very nice surprise. The rooms were large but the beds were a little hard to my taste. Quiet and clean, the staff was very helpful."

"Perfect stay in Tlaxcala clean room good breakfast and great concierge service all night and front desk Mrs Cecilia WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING this morning she translated for me to the Uber ask me to share my location with her to know that I am safe with my Uber driver. She even took a picture of his license plate. There was confusion about money with my Uber driver along the way and she resolved it.
I couldn’t ask for better service. I will definitely be back for another stay because of Cecilia...
