"Staff are very respectful, lovely and helpful. You can feel thy you’re in a 5 star hotel with their customer service going beyond and above. The only thing I’d add is that the cleaners don’t come everyday to change towels and clean the bin. Our bin would be full by the end of the day due to using apartment and having a baby. Overall the place is lovely, the area is perfect can see the beach opposite from the hotel."

"Lovely clean spacious rooms with large balcony. I only used the rooftop sunbathing area which was very peaceful. Cannot comment of the pool area as I did not use it. Staff very pleasant and helpful."

"We arrived late due to flight delays. We’d already informed the property management that we would be late. Information was given regarding late key collection. Unfortunately the vital map showing us where the keys were was missed from the correspondence so it was a frustrating search before we located them. Otherwise, everything was very smooth, the property was excellent but we knew that as it was our second visit. The staff were all very helpful and friendly to ensure our stay was an enjoyable one. Definitely recommend it as a base when visiting Tenerife."

"We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel from 27th September - 3rd October B&B and had the best time. Check in was quick and the staff were friendly and very informative. We booked a classic room with resort view and we were surprised that we had been given a classic room with sea view. We were on the 14th floor which was great to take in the sea views. I had left a note prior to arrival that it was a trip for my wife's birthday and there was a card and cookies in the room for her! Nice touch. The room was huge, very clean and modern, balcony fairly small but perfect for two people and had a table and two chairs. The hotel and grounds are on a huge scale, everywhere was clean, tidy and well maintained. Breakfast buffet was excellent, so much choice and constantly being replaced. Choice to sit inside or outside each day and all the staff worked hard. Prosecco/Mimosas were on hand for breakfast which was a nice treat. We used all of the pools which were never too crowded and there was always plenty of sun-beds even later on in the day. We liked the day beds with the hoods which were always available at the pool just off the main reception/restaurant area. The music around the pool and in the hotel was great, you even had a playlist in the lift We enjoyed some drinks/cocktails around the pool, and would like to mention Conrad who was a friendly waiter who always spoke to us and worked so hard. We are looking forward to returning next year"

"El hotel está muy bien ubicado es como el Punta Cana o el Cancún pero de Europa, el bulevar lleno de tiendas y restaurantes todo muy bien iluminado las calles espectaculares, yo me quedé en las habitaciones que son mirando la montaña y estaba súper amplia estilo suite, los desayunos y restaurantes muy buenos, hacen muchas actividades sobre todo para los niños, la zona de playa del hotel es una de las mejores. Recomiendo el hotel completamente. Los empleados son súper amables y serviciales."

"We had a really enjoyable stay at Palm Beach. The location is great and all the staff we came across were friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is a good mix between a no-frills apartment and a hotel room, which worked really well for a self-catering getaway. The pool area is lovely, although the sun loungers could get quite crowded at busier times. Breakfast had a good selection with plenty to choose from. There was also entertainment for around an hour each evening, which we liked — enough to give the hotel a bit of atmosphere without it feeling too busy or noisy. Overall, a really good base for a relaxed, self-catering holiday and we’d happily stay again."
