"We stayed 2 nights in the presidential villa. Beautiful property with highly attentive staff. Delicious food, amazing views. Very cozy feel. Very clean. Great private pool and hot tub. Fireplace in the villa and fire pit outside by the private pool. Aleks, our butler, was amazing and was always available. The coffee was delicious! In-room espresso machine, French press, and V60! Overall it was amazing!"

"A very peaceful settting. Lot's of gardens, gorgeous pool. Nice food with very friendly staff. Lovely villa with a great outside bathroom. 3 minutes walk to the beach. A very easy stay (but it was low season so no where was busy). The only disappointment was the state of the gym (which was free to use). 2 out of the 4 machines were broken."

"This place is great, with a very nice restaurant and pool. Lovina Beach Hotel boasts the perfect location that is right on the beach and only a short walk the center of Lovina. Also, the staff couldn’t have been nicer, and I always appreciate the kindness of the Lovina Beach crew "

"From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel really welcome by all of the staff, nothing was too much trouble for them. This villa itself is as discribed, and probably bigger than expected. Both the property and gardens were imaculatley kept. Even with a bigger group, there is always a quiet place than can be found, if required. The pool is a great size and much bigger than the other villas near by, that said you are not overlooked by them. The villa is on quite a hillside and while walking into the local area is fairly easy,(downhill! ) The walk back is not for the fainthearted as it is very steep. There is a small resort about a 5 minute walk away which allows residents of the villa to use their bar and restaurant facilities, which is handy for the one day a week when the villa staff are day off - which was a Sunday when we visited. A great place to relax and the villa makes that very easy. Accross the valley there is a very steep road which is a challange to trucks and mopeds alike which does produce some background noise which can be heard outside but is not noticeable inside and also does greatly reduce during the hours of darkness. This is a great place to experience the real Bali, and while its approximatley a 3 hr drive from the airport - it is well worth the journey. Cabs are very cheap by Western standards and I would not recoment a hire car unless you are a very experienced driver."

"My wife and I and my wife's sister stayed in one of the 2-BR villas at Dusun Bedugul Asri in September 2025. We were very satisfied with our stay there. We went to the area because we wanted to see the Bali Botanical Garden, which is nearby. It was a bit too far to walk, but the hotel quickly arranged a good driver for us. The grounds of the hotel are beautifully landscaped. It's actually like a miniature botanical garden. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant food was excellent."

"Our first visit to Lovinia and a great choice of hotel great staff and good superior room . Close to the beach and local markets for beautiful fresh fruit breakfast was also good . My only request would be a hand rail into the pool Some of the steps moved and would be a good addition."
