"The room was clean and cozy"

"In March I booked stay for one night at Bleis in May but I realized soon I could not make it from the airport before the reception closed. I asked them to move the stay one day that I could stay in another hotel and drive to them in the morning. They offered to have reception open one hour more but still I could not manage to arrive in time. I asked them several times but I got no answer from hitel Bleis on that request. And no possibility to cancel and refund. I had to book a other hotel to...

"It was a trial finding the apartment, the link in the booking website took us to a different, Google maps then took us to another place, eventually the agent dropped us a pin to the actual apartment, so probably just cut out all the messing around and get the agent to drop you a pin to the apartment location. "The place is very clean and within walking distance of the tourist attractions. The receptionist is super nice and welcoming!"

"The Spa was amazing with spectacular views. The bartenders were cool and the breakfast was amazing. Dinner menu could use some more basic items. Loved it."

"Beautiful new hotel in an ancient building. Great room with great bed. Very quiet and just a 10 minute walk from the train station. Very helpful staff sent us to a perfect place for dinner. I wish we had planned to stay longer."

"Very good and cosy hotel! A bit walk uphill from city centre"

"Nice spa . Outdoor pool amazing"

"Modern room close to train station. Comfortable bed and nice amenities, except the WiFi did not reach the room I was in. Very helpful staff. Minibar in the room, which I always appreciate. Good size room as well. Only issue was no wifi, which I rely on when traveling."

"It was good stay I would rate 3.5 for closeness to the train station and town"
