"This property is ok, but it really needs some TLC. Our room had a list of issues. Some is bad maintenance and some is shoddy maintenance. I thought Embassy Suites was a nicer hotel but after dealing with our room, I would say it is definitely not. The staff were terrific from check in to the chef at breakfast. But, clean ALL the things like the chandelier in the lobby and fix the wonky elevators. Inspect every room for issues that need addressing. "

"Need to put door stoppers so doors won’t slam hard when you close doors, also working staff should be provided with more quiet vacuums and be more courteous to customers and be vacuuming hallways at 8am, we’re trying to sleep!"
