This condo was great!Perfect location/1 block off main street The view off the patio deck was beautiful!Only negative is the bedrooms downstairs and kitchen/living room upstairswhich was difficult for my husband but would defiantly stay here next time

Fantastic base camp

A perfect spot to enjoy all Telluride has to offer. Walk to everything you could possibly need. Then return to relax and enjoy the stunning mountain views from the private deck. Will be the only place I stay on my future trips.

Perfect downtown location

This condo is a perfect spot for a ski weekend! We were able to walk to shops, restaurants and most importantly the gondola. Our vehicle stayed parked the whole trip! The condo is bright, clean and had everything we needed on hand. We had a wonderful vacation!

Telluride Film Festival

Perfect location, clean but small. Very adequate for 5 days. All items in working conditon. Fabulous roof top private deck.

Great views. Comfortable space.

Modern, bright spaces. The rooftop deck is amazing! An umbrella would be nice and perhaps some cushions for the deck chairs. Everything is small but well laid out. The garage is very tight. Bring your tiny car, or park your truck on the street. There is some noise from the alley behind the restaurants, but not too bad. Will definitely come back!

Good with a big caveat

Property is nice. The rooftop balcony is wonderful. The proximity to desirable places in telluride is wonderful as well. There is, unfortunately, a large downside. The master bedroom is directly across the alley from the brown dog. As such the assortment of noises from delivery trucks to the endless dumping of glass bottles into the trash meant that it was only quiet from about 12:30 am to 6:30 am. Since it was summer and somewhat warm, we had to have the window opened which amplified the problem. If the noise wouldn’t bother you, then I would wholeheartedly recommend this spot. If you value an uninterrupted nights sleep, as I do, then I would suggest booking somewhere else.

Cute place with everything we needed

The location was perfect! We could walk to restaurants, market, shops, park and trails. All 4 local places we ate had fabulous food. The living space was good and the roof top deck was perfect for coffee after we carried a couple chairs out there. Only issue is the walls are thin and we could hear conversations and toodler crying from the neighbors. Overall, a good stay!

GREAT LOCATION, BRIGHT, COZY CONDO WITH MTN VIEWS

This condo has a great location for walking to the gondola, market, restaurants and shops. It is clean, cozy and bright. The bathrooms are small but totally adequate.

The condo is in a great location. We were able to park our car (in a secure garage) and walk everywhere. The views from the rooftop deck are breathtaking. The condo is clean and comfortable . We would stay there again

Location “Perfect”

We need stepped foot back in car from arriving in Telluride . We walked , biked , and hiked our way through this beautiful mountain town. House was clean , cozy, with incredible views . Five Stars……

What a great spot in the middle of Telluride!

We rode our motorcycles up from Austin to spend a few days in Telluride. The folks at Latitude 38 were great every step of the way. From pre-stay communication to help solving some shipping needs along the way, their team was super helpful and responsive. Our property manager met us within minutes of our arrival and reviewed the property with us. The condo was great. We especially enjoyed the rooftop deck and the views of the town/mountains it provided. We spent a bunch of time up there. This location is blocks away from the bakery, the market, bars, shopping, the tram, and Bear Creek Falls hiking trail. We'd definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking to stay in Telluride proper, and the Latitude 38 team that runs it was a pleasure to work with.

Everything was just right.: location, weather, value, friendliness. The only issue was a problem with the parking garage, but there’s really no need for a car!

Great Location! Easy walking distance for the events we were in town for.

Great downtown location. Easy walking distance to get around and enjoy Telluride. Its a little older condo but in excellent condition. The deck is very nice. Parking was tight! We had a full size truck and it was extremely difficult to get in the parking garage and only one spot per renter. If we would have known we would have drove our car..FYI!!!

Beautiful place, perfectly located!!!

The place is 1/2 block from Colorado Ave. and it is gorgeous; the staff was helpful and the views from the terrace were amazing. I would definitely recommend it as the perfect place to stay while in Telluride Thanks guys!!!
