"Die Vila Cercado ist von extravagantem, kalifornisch anmutendem Design. Auch wenn es bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, so haben die Eigentümer das Haus offenbar immer sehr gepflegt. Besonders schön ist die freistehende Lage, die großen Fenster in allen Räumen, die grosse Gartenterrasse, der herrliche Palmengarten mit Schwimmteich. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"It was a nice little place, but the pool isn't heated and we had no hot water for a shower the whole time we were there. The house water is solar powered so in winter doesn't work well and first thing in the morning also doesn't work."

"Unfortunately we seem to have been given the worst unit despite all the others being empty! No heater, broken shower head, shower draining too slowly to cope with the flow, table dangerously unstable, toilet consistently running, bench sofas which weren’t comfortable at all. "

"The smell of mildew in the kitchen area and bathroom was overpowering. It was really bad.Neither of the bedrooms is big enough to accommodate the size of bed in there. Couldn’t walk around either bed or open one of the bedroom doors completely because it was blocked by bed. The photos were best part of the listing. Loved Sagres, whish we would have booked different accommodation. "

"Really nice house as advertised. Plenty of nice towels etc.. Also the hosts (Rental Valley) were first class. Gas bottles were replaced immediately when we needed them. When we (stupidly) locked ourselves out of the house Inge at the office got straight back to us to say she would sort it and Anna, the local host, was there in less than an hour on a Sunday afternoon to let us in. Thank you! "

"Great house, lovely amenities. The garden and pool are great for kids. The area is really quiet and private, but 20min walking distance from the center and there is no proper sidewalks in the main road. The house needs some minor renovation work and more dishes and cutlery, otherwise was good value for money. Also, no washing machine which makes it difficult for longer stays with kids."

"Great communication from rental company & directions given via email love self access via keysafe number access. You need a car long walk into Sagres in the hit weather. Pool small & not heated, poor clothing space no drawers and open hanging limited, not ideal due to moths ++ needed to purchase moth deterrents to protect clothing. No washing machine so need to visit local launderette. Great starter pack supplied for 1/2 days including shower gel, washing up etc. Some of the furniture needs replacing, due to age/wear & tear, only supplied with one sunlounger fir 4 person villa & door handle broken to main patio door. Very comfy beds & large. Shower positioned too high, problem with ants & moths."

Te ofrecen un servicio de climatización de la piscina que no recomiendo, ya que no caliente lo suficiente el agua de la piscina. También hay que tener en cuenta que aunque pone que el apartamento es para 6 personas, dos deben dormir en un sofá-cama en vez de disponer de un tercer cuarto"
