"The water was shut off in the whole casino at midnight until around 9am the next day. We had to use a port-a-potty outside of the casino in the parking lot during that time. Fire alarm went off that evening. We were told to clear our rooms and to go down to the casino level or outside. Elevators were shut down and we had to use the stairs to go to the casino or outside. My wife is elderly and uses a cane. It was extremely stressful for her to use the stairs. We were not compensated at all for...
