"The lady at check in was being super rude to the girl who was training. The room was really gross / dated and we chose not to stay overnight. Creepy dude in parking lot and the lobby, staff just allows them to harass other guests."

"The pool is so incredibly small. It's enclosed in a small room and is gets very loud. Not enjoyable at all."

"Pool was broken and employees kept saying a few more hours, few more hours. So dissapointed 5 year old. Shower door was malfunctioning and when reported was told maintenance would be up next morning. So it was never fixed making it extremly difficult to help a 5 year old get cleaned. Went to front desk, complained and told to contact expedia for some compensation..was told upon checkout there was a refund sent to expedia but never told how to get refund. Can u help with this?"
