"I had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent—close to everything you need in Taupō.
However, the property could really benefit from some upgrades. The furniture feels quite dated, the bed was not comfortable at all, and the sofa couch and carpet were not up to the standard shown in the photos. Also, be sure to bring your own toothbrush, as one is not provided.
Overall, I’d rate this property 7/10. With some updates to the furnishings and better attention to guest amenities, it could be a much better experience."
