Foreword:
This is the first year of rental, so there are no comments yet.
However, previously, I had another similar house that I also rented for 10 years and I had only positive comments, both on the house and the services provided

The villa is located about 0.7km from the very typical medieval village of Taulignan, itself located 5km from Grignan, famous for its architecture, its small streets its castle, the Marquise de Sévigné who lived there a few years and its many cultural events.
The villa is independent without nuisance, a haven of peace in the heart of truffle oaks.
Tastefully furnished, very bright, you will feel at home.
The master suite has a clear view of the large plot of 6500m² and the pool.
Independent, but not completely isolated, you can walk to the village, especially on Friday morning, stand market day.
In the evening, on the terrace in the shade, you will have the view of the sunset and the hills as far as the eye can see.
Feel like a little digestive walk… you can leave the house and enjoy the small paths in the garrigue. And if you are more courageous, a small round trip on foot (or by bike) to Grignan (about 2 x 5 km)
In summer, the swimming pool will be a source of freshness. You will bathe with the perfectly clear view.
Between two dives, you can sunbathe on the wide terrace or in the shade of the poolhouse and trees nearby.
For visits, you will have much choice. Many small Provencal villages will be pretexts for a visit oriented “culture” “history” or “arts”… or simply a little rest on the terrace of a cafe.
Indeed all these villages, including Taulignan, have been able to offer multiple attractions or restorations to please the greatest number.
On Sunday morning, if you are early, you can enjoy the Provencal stand market of Nyons (15km). Many typical products of the region, full of smell and a great atmosphere.
Of course, the historic towns of Orange and Avignon will also be worth a detour.
Orange with its triumphal arch and ancient theatre… impressive!
Avignon, the European capital of culture, …. The list of its attractions would be too long !

The beautiful house with a large garden.

We felt very comfortable in the house and enjoyed our stay very much. The house is spacious, modern and very practically equipped. The very large and wild garden also gives you the feeling of being directly connected to nature. The care provided by the landlord must be described as exemplary. The fact that the house and Taulignan are somewhat remote is compensated for by the fact that the area is not so overrun with tourists and we found the people in the villages to be extremely friendly. Très jolie maison, bien aménagée

Séjour très agréable dans une maison très bien isolée et donc tempérée même en cas de chaleur. La piscine permet de s'y rafraîchir en tout temps.Le grand terrain a permis aux chiens de s'y débattre.Beaucoup de possibilités de ballades dans les alentours, mais le GPS est recommandé pour trouver son chemin dans le maquis, faute de marquage suffisant.

Wunderschön!

Wir haben großartige 10 Tage in dem Haus verbracht und jeden Tag genossen. Bei der Einrichtung wurde an alles gedacht, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Betten sind bequem, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, das WLAN richtig schnell. Man kann bei schönem Wetter wunderbar draußen sitzen oder am Pool liegen und die Aussicht genießen. Das Grundstück ist riesig, wir hatten viel Freude, die vielen Insekten und Vögel im Garten zu beobachten und unser Hund hat sich sofort richtig wohl gefühlt. Von der Unterkunft aus ist man schnell zu Fuß im mittelalterlichen Städtchen Taulignan oder kann kleine bis mittlere Runden im Wald spazieren gehen. Mit dem Auto kommt man zu einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung, was sich für Tagesausflüge (z.B. nach Avignon oder zum Mont Ventoux) sehr anbietet. Der Vermieter ist wirklich ein Schatz: super sympathisch, hilfsbereit und immer zu erreichen, falls etwas sein sollte. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal da :-)Eine unbedingte Empfehlung!

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine. La maison est bien située, sur un grand terrain, au calme avec une belle piscine. Le propriétaire est disponible. Nous avons pu visiter la région, et profiter de la piscine toutes les soirées. A recommander si vous voulez visiter la Drôme.

Tolle Lage und wundervoll viel Platz

Wir kannten den Ort und unseren Gastgeber von 5 Aufenthalten in seinem vorherigen Ferienhaus. Nun hat er ein neues Ferienhaus sehr geschmackvoll ausgebaut, was großzügig Platz bietet. Wenn man die Morgenkühle reinlüftet und die Fenster rechtzeitig mit den Läden abschattet, kommt man sogar bei 37 Grad Höchsttemperatur ohne die Klimaanlage aus. Wir haben viele Fahrradtouren unternommen, die meisten ab Haustür. Der Pool hinterher war göttlich, auch groß genug für einige Schwimmzüge. Das Gelände ist riesig zum Rennen und Spielen, mit ein paar Bäumen, die Schatten spenden und kühlendem Wind. Der Nachthimmel ist gigantisch, ohne Lichtverschmutzung zu sehen. Man ist trotzdem nah am Dorf, mit dem Fahrrad 4 Minuten zum Bäcker immer bergab. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Landelijk, privacy en rust

We hebben een heerlijk rustige vakantie gehad in deze landelijke woning, waar we verbleven met onze drie kinderen tussen de 12 en 15 jaar. Als je op zoek bent naar een plek weg van de drukte en het massatoerisme, dan is dit verblijf perfect. De woning zelf is ruim en comfortabel, met ruime slaapkamers en goede bedden. De keuken is ruim en goed uitgerust. Het zwembad is niet al te groot, maar biedt als privézwembad voldoende verkoeling op warme dagen. De airconditioning werkte goed, en dat is echt nodig, want het kan in de Drôme behoorlijk warm worden. Dagelijks zijn er in de nabijgelegen plaatsjes markten, die goed te bereiken zijn met de auto. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep soepel, en bij zowel aankomst als vertrek werden we goed begeleid door een conciërge. Kortom, een ideale plek voor mensen die houden van privacy, rust, en het nodige comfort om je heen. Wat ons betreft een aanrader!

Une expérience à renouveler.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison entièrement rénovée, avec un grand jardin et une piscine très agréable. Située au calme, à l'orée du village de Taulignan, nous avons apprécié les balades aux alentours et la proximité de Grignan. Nous espérons pouvoir renouveler l'expérience.
