"Would not let us check in. We called three separate times first letting him know we would be late due to traffic but he would not take the time to listen, he hung up on is every time. Got to the property to try to talk in person and wouldn’t even answer the intercom. Very rude, we were prepared to get charged for late check in too but didn’t make it in the door and had to drive all over to find another place to stay at 10pm. Luckily key club helped us and very friendly 10 mins away. "

"Wi-Fi with the QR code at check-in was seamless. The decor and architectural design was beautiful! The restaurant was a 5 for ambiance…just incredible! Clean rooms, friendly staff, great pool…great place to chill out after Rome!"

"Perfect location. Close to parking. Comfortable beds. Great air conditioner. Very pleasant town with nice food. Kitchen in great shape. Very helpful owners. However, there was no hot water for showers. And local taxes were a surprise, which meant 20 minutes of delay before leaving town (to find a cash)."

"The villa was perfect for our family with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The country setting outside of Tarquinia gave us easy access to the historic sites of the surrounding area and Rome.The pool and the local beach were well used by our whole group. We even had a couple in our party get engaged on the beach while we were there.It was a pleasure to work with Deborah. She was extremely helpful in getting us situated, and answered any questions we had. The property had so much charm and serenity, we didn't want to leave!"
