The charming Villa Torre IV, with its private pool, is situated near the popular tourist destination of Poreč. It can accommodate up to eight people in three bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is a bright and open-plan living room where you can relax and enjoy your well-deserved holiday. It is connected to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, which is the perfect place to enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones. All three bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathroom with a shower. One bedroom with a double bed is on the ground floor, whilst the other two are on the first floor. Undoubtedly one of the biggest highlights of this villa is the sauna, which is situated in one of the bathrooms.

You’ll be amazed by the spacious terrace and the beautiful swimming pool. The pool consists of two sections — a deeper section for swimming and a shallower section with a hydromassage feature. A charcoal barbecue is also at your disposal. The large terrace simply invites you to make the most of your holiday. This newly built holiday home is situated in the village of Tar near Poreč. The villa is just 2.5 km from the beach. The Tar-Vabriga area offers cultural and leisure events (e.g. donkey races).

During your stay, do visit the Euphrasian Basilica (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) in the cultural and historic centre of Poreč (9 km). The basilica was built in the Byzantine style and is considered one of the most beautiful works of art in the world. Poreč is a town with a rich cultural heritage, whose imposing city walls have withstood the test of time and now welcome tourists from all over the world.

Višnjan (11 km from Poreč) is a small town on a hill, surrounded by woods, known for its internationally renowned astronomical observatory. The town is surrounded by woods and is situated 11 km north-east of Poreč. The ancient terrace on the square, accessed through a Venetian arch, offers a remarkable view of the sea. Ever since Venice ruled over Višnjan, the town has been a renowned trading centre where agricultural produce and tools of all kinds were sold. Even today, a traditional market is held on the last Thursday of every month, which is a particular attraction for people from all over Istria. Višnjan is a particularly interesting place for lovers of astrology thanks to its internationally renowned astronomical observatory.
