"The igloo was very cosy but a bit small for four of us as a family. The kitchen has everything you needed and the delivered breakfast food was a real treat, healthy and delicious. We didn’t realise we had booked for the end of season so nothing apart from our room was operational and we didn’t get to use any of the facilities or any of the fun things which was disappointing. "We had a lovely view of the river and the room was mostly clean. The dishwasher had dishes in it but they were clean so we emptied it. Also our patio had an ashtray full of cigarettes and some empty beer cans but we called an they came to clean it. Our bathroom door wouldn't lock (the second door that led to a hallway) and so they looked the outside hallway door for us to make us feel safer. They said we had nothing to worry about, that the area was safe but I had two small kids and the idea...
