We stayed for 2 nights in July. Anantya Serengeti was so well maintained and clean. The hotel was situated in a beautiful location, which encouraged animals to roam the grounds. The first night, we encountered two buffalos. The second night, a family of thirty over elephants walked infront of our room. The bedrooms were spaced out to give privacy. I celebrated my honeymoon on June 8th at Lux and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. In fact, I plan to return next year at the same time. I hope to see Grace, who works at the reception. A beautiful white sandy beach and well maintained hotel is the core of this lush resort. Supported by a very friendly staff and competent management guarantees a great experience. The food is excellent and if you have a chance, try the private dinner setting at the beach with your very own server. Finally the Sultan "s bath and couples massage is the ultimate experience . On a lighter note, request a mattress topper at check in, unless you like it firm . Beds are hard as a rock but otherwise...

Amazing service, and nice staff. It felt like a community and I was able to meet people from all around the world and we all started hanging out and doing activities together. I will definitely visit again.

Very friendly staff settled in a beautiful surrounding. Great pool, and everything is so clean. We felt really looked after. How ever, it said in various sites that there is a beach here, it is, maybe 25 sq meter in total, but with no acces to the sea, there is a very large ref.

I really like the property and rooms, the pics online dont do it justice. The beds are so firm, next long trip in dar es salaam, I will book for the bed alone. Pleasant surprise room 410 has a great view of the neighborhood and the sunset is ROMANTIC. I love the spacious bathroom with a window. The balcony is cute as well. The Stella Maris staff is the highlight of the facility. They immediately become family and treat you as such. The facility is very clean and very well kept. There are limitations that are to be expected as a part of visiting the country and area such as occasional area power outages (which are only a brief interruption till the generator comes on) and periodic brief Wifi disruption common for the area.
