"I stayed one night at this hotel to rest after a long journey from Melbourne to Denpasar, and then on to Surabaya. The staff were friendly and the food was average. However, I was disappointed to find that my room and bathroom were quite dusty.
I hope the management can take this feedback into consideration and improve the cleanliness of the rooms. With better attention to this area, I would consider staying again in the future."

"Friendly staff and an unbeatable location, the hotel sits directly under Pakuwon Mall, so shopping and food are right at your doorstep. Room maintenance could be improved though, the toilet blind couldn't be lowered, which is a bit awkward given the open toilet concept.
Overall still a solid stay and deserves a thumbs up!"
