"Very clean and well-staffed hotel. Suite was very spacious with nice view of golf course from 2nd floor. parking was very accessible. Breakfast options were adequate. Location was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again in future. "

"Overall everything was fine and as expected. We did have a clogged toilet and I was surprised i was just handed a plunger by the front desk clerk to take care of it myself. I've had this happen in the past and maintenance took care of it. Not a big deal, just surprised. "

"Check in was easy agent was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean bed was comfortable the only complaint was that the toilet is very low to the floor and with bad knees it was difficult."

"Rooms were big and clean. Bathrooms were big and had plenty of towels. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Warm fireplace on the cold days. Pool was great but very busy."

"We were there only for 1 night...no cups in the room, no coffee maker in the room, breakfast was to be continental, but was dry cereal, coffee, no juice, milk was warm and apples. Oh and oatmeal...The fixtures in the shower were loose...the desk person in the morning was dressed like was unprofessional and Not a Wyndom employee. The TV remote did not work and no lists of the channels that were available. The hotel as a whole was a tired one!"

"Booked a king size bed on Expedia and when I got to the hotel after waiting 20 minutes for the one person in front of me to get checked in they told me they had no king size bed rooms and couldn't refund me because I booked through Expedia and not them. This is also the only hotel that I've ever been to that didn't have complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. I will definitely not be staying here again when I go back to Hershey. "
