"Loved it food was great in the buffet, staff were all nice and there was a lot of entertainment. Only thing I didn’t like was that reservations for the restaurants were impossible to makes they were always full and I would check as early as 5am and there wouldn’t be anymore availability."

"The entire experience at the resort was absolutely incredible. The property itself is breathtakingly beautiful, meticulously maintained, and truly feels like paradise from the moment you arrive. One of the highlights of our stay was the snorkeling. It was exceptional—we were able to see sea turtles, tropical fish, and so much beautiful marine life right off the beach, which made the experience unforgettable. What truly makes this resort stand out, though, is the staff. Every single team member went above and beyond to make our stay special. From housekeeping and turndown service to the concierge team and Preferred Club servers, everyone was warm, attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. You can truly feel how much pride they take in creating an amazing guest experience. "Beautiful Resort!!! Buffets indoor and open air buffets by the beach were delicious and fresh. Breakfast had fresh squeezed orange juice, Champagne 🍾, made to order juice smoothies, made to order eggs and omlettes, fresh fruit, yogurt, and yogurt smoothies drinks. Specialty Restaurants were very good. Beach was nice. If you go down by the Palace the water was clear blue when we were there 4/25/26 - 5/2/26. You didn't even need snorkeling equipment and you could see turtles come up for air. Very nice resort, only lacking the wildlife such as Monkeys, Coati's, ect as we seen on other resorts. I rate this resort 5 stars 🌟 for a Resort in Mexico. We stayed in the Barcello Caribe. Even there resort gift shops were cheaper on items then in at Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. They do have an outdoor Mexican shopping center that was never busy when I saw, but they were pricee gouging with their absurd prices. One tube of Suntan lotion was $50 US as compared to price in gift shop at $38 US. In Playa Del Carmen, 5th Avenue I found it for $22 US dollars. So take enough suntan lotion, a med bag of things for common illnesses, and cosmetics you need before going. They do have body was, shampoo, and conditioner that was fine to use. So do your research!"
