"Excellent place to detach from the outside world. So quiet and peaceful. My girlfriends and I used this resort as a respite in our otherwise busy Bali visit. We chose to get massages. They had other options that we do not avail ourselves of. It rained everyday and it was so magical with the view of the rice fields and the tropical landscape, relaxing on our patio enjoying the sounds and smells. We also relaxed by the pool most of one day, very rejuvenating."

The property grounds are incredibly extensive and meticulously well-maintained—every corner feels like a lush, tropical paradise that seamlessly blends into the natural jungle. The overall environment is deeply serene, offering the perfect peaceful escape from the bustling center of Ubud. Two highlights truly stood out for us: First, the riverside spa is world-class. Having a massage right by the rushing river, surrounded by nature, was an incredibly therapeutic experience. Second, as a family with dietary preferences, we were thrilled by the breakfast spread. They offered a fantastic, extensive variety of vegetarian-friendly options that were both delicious and high-quality. Maya Ubud balances luxury, nature, and family comfort perfectly !!"

"Booked Prama Sanur since I was meeting friends who had also made reservations here. All of the staff were welcoming and always greeted us throughout the property. I was upgraded upon arrival to a club suite facing the garden. Beautiful room and amenities. The hotel’s beach area was nice and had plenty of places to lounge, and it was easy to walk along the beach path to explore shops. My only disappointments were the nachos at the beach bar, and a massage session where my friend and I shared a space and my therapist was fabulous but hers was coughing and had to leave a few times to use the toilet and/or blow her nose. It was distracting and unhygienic. Otherwise the overall stay was pleasant and I would recommend this property for families, and Sanur in general, to those who want a more laid back area. The hotel was a convenient location to the strip of town with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance."
