This house was fabulous and lived up to our expectations and then some! We loved the screened-in patio and pool area! The water was always clean and our grandchildren really enjoyed the pool toys. I enjoyed the alcove off the kitchen outside when I needed a respite from the sun. It also protected from the wind later in the evening.The house itself was beautiful with wide sliding doors opening to the patio all along that side of the house. The reclining couches in the living and family roomsWere the most comfortable we’ve ever sat in!Can’t think of one thing that was missing in the kitchen; all our needs were met.Both the owners and the caretakers in Florida were easy to reach, and so friendly and helpful!It was a great stay!

Host was prompt in communication. House was very nice. All rooms were clean and had everything we needed. If in the area again we would stay here a second time. The weather was not great so we did not get to use the pool but the house was cozy and comfortable.

Highly recommend!

The house was absolutely beautiful. Clean, well stocked and in a safe location. The pool and deck area was a great place to hang out in between trips to the beach. The owner was communicative and made the sign in/out process easy. My family would certainly come back!

Great pick for our family

This house was more than we even expected. It the perfect fit for our family. They had plenty of pool toys for the kids to enjoy their time as well. We loved that the neighborhood was quite. We will definitely be returning again!

We loved staying at this rental home! It was updated, very clean, and had all we needed for our vacation, even beach chairs for our beach days and pool toys for the kids, a pleasant surprise! We enjoyed fishing on the dock and caught snook and lady fish and saw dolphin and manatee! We didn’t want to leave!

Home Away From Home

This property was truly a gem. Beautiful remodeled property that featured everything you needed for a wonderful stay. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the property manager was very responsive. If you are looking for a nice home in a quite neighborhood then this is the place for you!

Staycation

Very nice home with everything needed to enhance your vacation. Had a staycation and selected this home due to water access and location. Apollo Beach had everything you could need. Ventured to Siesta Key for a day of jet skiing one day then to Tampa for a day on the boat another day. Relaxed in the home to recover and enjoyed great dinners using the large kitchen and nice grill. Would stay here again.

Like new house with Great pool

The house was spacious, newly updated with a brand new kitchen. Huge master bedroom with an awesome double shower. We loved the pool, it was a wonderful 80 degrees. Enjoyed seeing manatees and dolphins nearly every day. Easy walk to restaurants.

Stunning villa in a great location.

The pictures don’t do the view out the back justice. We had a fabulous time sitting on the dock watching manatees and dolphins. Neighbour Robert was really helpful and Scott was also on-hand for any concerns. Villa is really well equipped, although we couldn’t find an ironing board. The location is ideal for exploring, we visited Anna Maria Island, Clearwater Tarpon Srings, Downtown Tampa, Busch Gardens. But also had some really enjoyable pool days enjoying some peace and quiet. Just around the corner is Finns Dockside bar and grille with fabulous Sunsets. Only comment is outside furniture has seen better days now, but took nothing away from our vacation and would definitely return.

Spring break

We stayed for a week over spring break. The house was a little far from the things we wanted to do. The house was the perfect size for what we needed for 5 people. We cooked most meals and the kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. My son enjoyed fishing off the dock and we saw manatees on several different days. The hosts are quick to respond to messages.

Great Vacation Home

My family stayed here for a week. The house had everything we needed. The area was fun to explore. We tried all of the local restaurants. The grocery stores were close to us. We had a problem with the air conditioning when we first got there, but the property manager showed up within 15 minutes and had it fixed for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Property

Very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. Solar cover on pool worked great, water temp was mid 80s. Very relaxing. Would stay here again when coming to this area. Many thanks to the hosts.

Very clean and a fun location.

The home spacious and very clean. It is near the park on Tampa Bay which is a great place to walk and enjoy the bay views. The Manatee Viewing Ctr is just up the road and always fun to visit.

Beautiful property & area. Loved watching the Manatees swim by the dock.

Disappointed we had to purchase toilet paper for the week, one would think that would be provided for your stay but only 1 roll in each bath. Master bedroom windows along the side should have a blind to pull down. There was no way to get the curtains to close entirely without leaving a pretty large crack for someone outside to see in directly, and see someone drying outside the shower. We placed a mat on the floor where it was a different level in the kitchen/dine area as it was a bit of a hazard and hard to see the step down, we did trip a couple of times hence the towel. One last thing, we were a little put out by the number of things expected to be done as part of the clean up, eg. strip beds, put out garbage, do laundry etc. thought that's what's covered in the cleaning fee. Despite some of these things we did enjoy our stay,
