The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please collect all towels and leave them washing.
Make sure all doors are locked and light s are off Disconnect any TV streams (Netflix, Amazon etc.
Leave garage opener and pool key where you found them. If you lose them there would be a charge of $200 for each one. Pick up all the garbage and leave it in the garbage bin in the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

If the Garage remote control and the pool key gets lost they will need to be replaced and a fine will be charged of $200.00
Quiet hours in the neighborhood are 10:00PM to 8:00AM.
