RV w/ Hot Tub, Private Patio, Sleeps 8, Near Tampa!

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. With a two separate bedrooms, the entire family can have their own space.

SAME DAY RESERVATIONS: Please note, if you plan on arriving the same day you reserve this space, the AC will only be able to drop the inside temperature about 5 degrees from the outside temperature. If you want the space to be cold, please reserve at least 48 hours in advance so we can cool it before you arrive.

LONG STAYS > 14 days require prior approval.

We will be available during your stay if you need anything but we will also respect your privacy.

For stays longer than one week, we will need to clean the black tank for you. This requires us to access the bathroom inside the RV and the outside of the RV for about 20min. We will always communicate with you to discuss timing to make sure it works with you.

The RV is parked next to our home. The RV has a privacy fence all the way around so you can have your own space. We will slightly share the same driveway. Our neighborhood is very family friendly. You are welcome to walk the streets. There is also a park nearby (less than 1 mile away), that you can use. The park has a picnic area, playground, walking trail, basketball court, and open field.

Your entire area is fenced in for maximum privacy. The fence surrounds the RV, the patio furniture and the hot tub.

The primary bedroom is located in the front of the RV and has two doors to enhance privacy. The four bunk beds that are in the second bedroom are located in the back of the RV and that bedroom has a door as well. There is a bathroom, dinette, and sofa for you to use as well.

You will have your own dedicated parking area that can fit up to 2 cars. Please be mindful of the other vehicles and not to block one another in. You can walk, use e-scooters, or bike around the neighborhood as well.

For stays longer than 5 days, we will need to check the hot tub chemicals to ensure they are safe and balanced. Again, we will communicate with you to find a good time. We only need access to the hot tub area to do this and will not access the inside of the RV.

We will only accept 8 guests total if there are a maximum of 6 adults. Due to our sensitive septic system, we will only accept groups of 6 or more for a maximum of 4 days.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
We do require a contract to be signed within 24 hours of booking for everyone's safety. It will be sent via email and signed by both parties. You will receive a signed copy.

Minimum age to rent is 21 years old. Photo identification is required to verify.
