"The stay was bearable for one night. The room had a stale smell and we were given the wrong information and missed breakfast. The check in afternoon and night staff were very nice and helpful, but the morning staff was rude and dismissive. Most disappointing was that there is no longer a shuttle from airport and it costs $10 for shuttle to cruise. The $10 Per person to cruise Port WAS worth the cost and BEST part of booking the room."

"The hotel location was amazing, the hotel needs a little revamp with the carpets looking old and the air ducts looked dirty with mold but overall was a great stay with great room. Breakfast was really good and the pool was nice!!!"
