Less than 20 minutes to Downtown Tampa, Ybor City, Channelside, Amalie Arena and much more. Less than 30 min from Tampa Airport and Busch Gardens, 45 min to beaches and an hour or so from Orlando/Disney.

The Space:
Spacious master suite has a queen sized bed and private bath, as well as a sofa bed in the living room with a queen memory foam mattress. Plenty of room for up to 4 guests. Full kitchen serves 4 guests with pots and pans provided. Free WiFi, Netflix, and local TV programming!

Guest Access:
Guest has access to the entire home and the yard, paved parking for 1 vehicle with room for additional parking if needed.

The Neighborhood:
This home is on a quiet street conveniently located across from restaurants and only 2 blocks from a grocery store. Also close to Brandon Blvd., where there are plenty of other restaurants and things to do! The home backs up to a conservation lot with mature oak canopy and lush vegetation. 15 minutes to Top Golf, Hard Rock and Ifly indoor skydiving! Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are easily accessible in our area and convenient for getting around. The county bus stop is about a 10 minute walk.
