"Shuttle to the airport was so quick and easy! They left on the hour and it was about 5 minutes away! In addition, the rooms were spotless and restaurant was nice and relaxing. Even though you're next to the airport and could hear planes landing, it didn't distract from sleep at all!"

"After a frustrating long day of transport to San Jose and then requiring hospital treatment in San Jose, the 10.30pm arrival here was so welcoming. Angelica on reception specifically took time to note our queries and concerns and then provided excellent service and support for us. The reception manager also gave us a discount for eating at Ivory bar that night which was welcomed. My partner had a bad leg and Angelica advised on the availability of ice packs and extra pillows for elevation as well as upgrading us to Club for our 4 night stay. We were so relieved to arrive here after such a tricky day. Thanks to all staff "
