"Honestly It was okay, I would’ve given a 5 star review if the shower head didn’t come off the wall, could not take a shower properly, and the breakfast was really bad, almost not edible."
"Front office staff was top of the line. But the room we got looked like it hadn’t been used in a while. AC remote didn’t work n they swapped it out quickly. But during the night AC made horrible noises that kept up from having a restful night. Toilet was not in proper working condition, it took several flushes to actually work properly.
The restaurant staff were very un attentive! Never came back after just ordering two coffees and just technically stopped by to drop off the check. The lady even yelled at me when we were walking out “did u sign the check?” From where she was, I felt so embarrassed! I complained the next day after checking out n was told I would receive a call from a supervisor on duty but never did!

"I stayedin the 4th floor and Sofia was an amazing housekeeper she kept the room very tidy and clean and is also a great housekeeper! And the rest of the staff of the hotel are very nice and kind and very attentive !"
