"The hotel is conveniently located inside the mall, making it easy to access shopping and dining options. However, it was disappointing that the room did not provide complimentary bottled water. In addition, the towels looked a bit old and could be replaced with newer ones to improve the guest experience."

"The breakfast was good and it was a buffet so we were happy 😃😃 The room was always clean and tidy. There is a food court and small shop just across the hotel. It’s not far from KLCC"

"My overall experience was quite positive with the hotel itself. The staff were friendly and they upgraded my room aftera small issue was discovered after checking int. By the way, I booked a city view room, but I was given a lake view (along with construction view on going right now), but I was moved to another room, so no issues with the room. The only drawback was the location of the hotel sitting on a permanently closed mall in the middle of residential area/cnstruction zone, hence NO place...

"Very thing was great except the reception music was far too loud, you could not even talk to the check in. Then people in the main hall talked louder to hear each other to made the environment worse. I asked the receptionist to turn down the volume. SHE says she could not. I told her to inform her manager, She didn’t give a care about my request. The grand entrance of the hall was great but the volume of the music made it seem like market."

"Staff are friendly and helpful. Hope the breakfast could have more options for vegan s. Some places in the room, like coffee mugs and bathtub are not thoroughly cleaned. But it was a joyful stay overall."
