"We appreciated an upgrade cabin to be on the water with a lovely view of water fountains. The fountains were turned off at 8 pm to reduce the noise which was appreciated. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. We had a slight problem with some stove tops in the camp kitchen and the technician arrived very quickly to fix the problem. "The room was not properly cleaned and, in all likelihood, had not been for some time. Shards of broken glass were scattered around on the floor, shower cubicle was very slippery as had not been properly cleaned beyond a cursory wipe-over. Somehow the front desk staff were critical of US for not notifying them earlier - not a very friendly or empathetic response."
